Returns

Items purchased online may be returned for a full refund within 10 days minus a $9.95 restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with tags and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

ZooZatZ items may no longer be returned. The item may be exchanged if it has not been worn and the tags are still on.
